Who has the documents under review
Click a bar to list those documents in the Documents table at the bottom of the page.
Review capacity per reviewer
Documents completed per working day (Sat–Thu), and per day on days they actually reviewed
On time vs delay
Share of completed documents closed on or before the due date
Output over time
Documents completed in each period, stacked by reviewer. The last bar is the current, unfinished period.
Received vs completed
Documents received and documents completed in each period.
On-time trend
Share of documents closed on time in each period. Dashed line: 90% target.
Under review now
Documents with each reviewer today, split into within due date and overdue
Documents by type and current status
Each document number counted once, by the status of its latest submission (as in the Aconex register). Reports = Daily Site (DSR), Weekly Progress (WPR), Monthly Progress (MPR) and other Reports (RPT).
Documents by discipline and current status

How the figures are calculated
Count unit. Every count is unique document numbers. A document counts once per reviewer even if it was resubmitted or reviewed at two steps; its latest review is used. Team figures count each document once.
Shop drawings are documents with code SDR. Only the PDF drawing is counted; CAD files (document numbers containing DWG) are excluded everywhere. NCRs and SORs are not part of this analysis.
Current status: each document's latest workflow decides it. If any step of that workflow is still open, it is under review; otherwise it takes the outcome of the last completed step (Final Approval wins a same-day tie). This matches the Aconex register.
Discipline comes from the Aconex document register (Misk: the Discipline select list). If a document has no discipline there, the discipline code in its number is used (CIV = Civil, STR = Structural, MEC = Mechanical, ELE = Electrical and so on).
Working days. Saturday to Thursday; Friday is the weekly off day. Each reviewer's period starts on the Date In of the first document ever assigned to them.
Avg per day = completed ÷ working days. Avg per week = avg per day × 6. Capacity per review day = completed ÷ days with at least one completed review. Peak day = most documents closed in one day.
Under review = the reviewer's step is Current or Overdue. Overdue = still open after its due date (Aconex "Overdue", or "Current" with a due date before the refresh date). Pipeline = Forecast steps that reach them later.
On time % = completed with Aconex Days Late = 0 ÷ completed. Delay % = the rest. Days Late is in Aconex working days. Late documents are listed in the Submittals tracker.
Mail. Mails sent by each reviewer are synced; workflow transmittals are matched to completed steps as a cross-check. Other mails are listed but not counted as reviews.

People of this organisation in the workflows
Tick the people to show on the dashboard. Include the document controller (e.g. the person on the "V3 Review" step), so documents waiting for close-out are counted as under review.
Aconex live connection
The server syncs workflows, mails and register disciplines for every project every 6 hours. “Server sync now” pulls changes immediately.
Backup: sync from your browser
Drag to the bookmarks bar and click it while on Aconex: Sync V3ME review
Upload Aconex exports
Aconex › Workflows › search by Assigned To › Export to Excel. Files go into the project selected above; each replaces that reviewer's data.
